Why Real Estate?
If you know me then you would probably say “why not real estate?”
You see, I have dabbled in many fields of experience in my life and they all have one common denominator “PEOPLE”. I am about listening, understanding and validating people. I enjoy finding out what makes them tick, I love to connect and build relationships and I love to solve problems for others. It is just what I do. I have been called creative, intuitive, persuasive, attentive and most probably loads of other things too. One thing I have learnt about me, is that people enjoy sharing with me and often that means they trust me too.
Being real is all I know how to be, more than ever people want transparency. They want authenticity and they want to know that they've been heard. Communication is key in Real Estate, people want to feel like you have their back and are focused on getting the best results, not just for Vendors, but for Buyers too. It is the circle of life, right? We are all going to be buyers and vendors at some point. I believe it is possible to create lasting relationships in this business and that is what I intend to do.
Phillip Island is a magical place to live and holiday, in fact if you live here, you know already we have the best of both worlds. I have been involved in island life as a resident, buyer, vendor, landlord, tenant and through family and friends for over 12 years. A natural explorer I am always curious about what is happening in our local community, not only in real estate and business but in general. I love to support local businesses and events through shopping, sport, music and the arts. Over the years I have built a nice network of locals and beyond in the greater Melbourne area through my other various businesses and interests. That combined with a great depth of knowledge on which to draw on, I look forward to working with you and exceeding your expectations of Sales Agents in the area. Working with you to sell or buy your next home on the Bass Coast is now my mission.
