What a wonderful final official charter for the beautiful MV Reliance with The Goddard family enjoying a wonderful day out on Pittwater/Broken Bay!

MV Reliance was built in 1919 at Palm Beach by William Joseph Goddard and launched on the 21st October, 1922.

MV Reliance has a lot of history behind her over her many years on the water!

Mark and I have many many fond memories of our times on our gorgeous lady especially having Miss Tessa The Ferry Dog as a regular feature onboard!

We will most definitely miss her but after 13yrs it is time for her to move on to a new custodian where she will be cruising the water of Lake Burleigh Griffin, Canberra!

We would like to thank Col Bailey for all his hard work over the last 13yrs, keeping her looking beautiful!

MV Reliance will be leaving Pittwater/Broken Bay next Thursday, 6th October where she will head off to Brooklyn to be transported down to Canberra!

A wonderful day out on Pittwater/Broken Bay for Wayne Jenner to celebrate his 80th birthday with his family!
Mr Jenners family (Deas family) did have involvement with MV Reliance in her earlier days!
