Averin is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom short stay self contained holiday accommodation on 20 acres. The house has 360 degree views of the Border Ranges and provides an opportunity for couples/families to disconnect from busy lifestyles. The property is 6kms from Urbenville, approximately 2 hours from Brisbane and the Gold Coast, and is close driving distance to Tooloom Falls, Crown Mountain and other significant local sites.

What started out as a cold morning with lots of fog turns into a beautiful day, with visits by the butcher birds, kookaburras and wallabies. I always have good intentions to do something constructive when I visit but I cannot go past my veranda, cup of tea and a good book

Best time of the year at Averin! The floor may be freezing cold and a frost greeted us this morning, but enjoying a nap in the sun, reading, sipping tea, fireplace and a bit of fruit picking. July is almost booked out
