Relax in this comfortable queen size bed after a day at the beach

Step inside and immediately relax in this cosy Hamptons and coastal style inspired cottage.

The cottage has 2 bedrooms with a generous living and dine area. French doors from the dining area open to a large deck with an outdoor sofa and day bed, and overlook a lovely back garden with plenty of room to play ball games or Finska. Close enough to smell the salty air and hear the waves, the cottage is just a two-minute (250m) stroll to Chiton beach and the Chiton Rocks Surf Lifesaving Club which offers patrols from November to March. A great beach for swimming (between the flags) and surfing.

The owners have focused on providing guests with comfortable beds and quality furniture throughout the cottage.

With a new split system cooling/heating you will be perfectly comfortable throughout summer and winter. There is a fully equipped kitchen with ample utensils/cutlery/crockery but if cooking isn’t your thing, the Chiton Rocks SLSC offers great meals and drinks year round. The Cottage is perfectly situated just a 5 minute drive to Victor Harbor and only 3 minute drive from Port Elliot, both of which have numerous pubs, restaurants, and trendy wine bars to choose from.

For cyclists there is the South Coast bike track that runs from Victor Harbor to Goolwa and this cottage offers a great base to explore between the local towns. For surfers and fishers there are countless options nearby. For beach lovers you will be spoilt for choice.

Ocean's Eleven at Chiton has 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people with 1 queen bed and 2 king singles and one bathroom. There is a 65-inch smart TV with Wi-Fi included. The kitchen has a coffee pod machine, sandwich maker, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan, electric oven/stovetop and all the essentials for cooking. In addition to the large back deck, the cottage also boast an ample sized front porch for relaxing as well as plenty of car parking space with circular driveway and room for boat.
