Looking for some peace & tranquillity on your holiday? Paddle a kayak on up to five kilometres of the beautiful Harriet River.

Glide past a variety of birds & see fish jumping as you meander up the river, enjoying the beautiful scenery.

• Kayaks are the latest sit on top design for your safety & come with backrests for comfort.

• Double kayaks have a wide hull for stability, which make them ideal for couples or families.

• Single kayaks are less stable but more manoeuvrable and streamlined, making them a pleasure to paddle.

• Back rests, paddles & PFDs are provided.

• We transport the kayaks for you and help you launch.

I'm Babi, the pocket rocket, your own personal French guide for the trip you're about to book.
Yes I love cheese, croissants and baguettes and no, I'm not a big fan of wine.
On the road since 2015 I've mostly guided outdoor activities such as dog sledding, kayaking, horseback riding or hot air ballooning, but I can confidently say that these quad bike tours are some of the most fun tours I've been guiding during my funky career.

SHE SAID YES!

Congratulations to Nate and Mia, getting engaged at beautiful Cape Kersaint on our Edge of the Earth quad tour.

We had the great pleasure of helping Nate set the scene for his proposal to Mia! This was the fourth time they’ve been on tour with us, so Nate knew Cape Kersaint was the perfect spot to pop the big question.

Their last visit was after the 2020 bush fires, and they noticed a lot of changes. Of course, we made sure to take lots of comparison photos for them!

We wish you both all the best and can’t wait to see you for your anniversary 😉 !

The General Manager has ultimate responsibility and accountability for the day to day running of the organisation, providing team leadership and direction, and driving sales to achieve targets and profitability.

With direct reports (Little Sahara Team Leader, KI Outdoor Action and Island Beehive Team Leaders, People & Culture Manager and Accountant), this position supports a core team of 15 (seasonally up to 30).

The successful candidate must have:
✔ A strong leader who is passionate and excited about what the organisation does and wants to be based in the very beautiful Kangaroo Island.
✔ At least 3 years prior General, Senior Management or C-suite level with proven prior relevant experience in a similar role preferably within tourism, entertainment or service industries.
✔ A background strength in scheduling activities effectively to maximize capacity, rock star communication and exceptional relationship building skills.
✔ Having a solid understanding of HR legislation and practice.
✔ Prior experience in scale up, fast paced, high growth environment.
✔ Practical planning and ex*****on skills with a successful track record of implementing value adding sustainable improvements.

Due to continued growth and success, Verity and Brenton are seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager to become the newest member of their team and provide advice and support across the 3 businesses. This is a newly created position across the businesses, with the opportunity to work from home and visit Kangaroo Island every 4-6 weeks for 2 days.

The successful candidate must have:
✔️ 5+ years’ experience in a similar generalist role with the confidence and capability of providing trusted advice and support.
✔️ Recruitment experience and creativity to attract candidates to a regional location.
✔️ Ability and set up to work autonomously and professionally from home.
✔️ Ability to travel to Kangaroo Island every 4-6 weeks for at least 2 nights.
✔️ Solid understanding of HR and relevant legislation to ensure compliance.

Maya & Bobby were booked onto a Private 9am All-Terrain Action Quad Bike Tour with their family.

Recently we said *au revoir to our wonderful guide Lee. Lee has made the voyage to France joining Adeline (our other amazing guide).
