When you can muster the energy again to leave the house, why not pay the Narrandera Koala Reserve a visit and spy a sleep koala in the wild. There's a health population of koalas that call this reserve in Narrandera home. And, because these cute creatures sleep for up to 20 hours a day, there's a high possibility of seeing one snoozing high up in a tree when you visit 🌳
Narrandera Tourism is about a one hour drive from Wagga Wagga and a great day trip out!

The incredible Aurora Australis made an special guest appearance in Wagga Wagga this past week. How stunning does it look dancing over Lake Albert 💃🏻💫

The beautiful natural phenomenon takes place when strong solar winds interact with Earth’s magnetic field 🧲, entering the atmosphere and illuminate the night sky in shades of green and red, or when mixed, pink and purples 🌌

The Aurora Australis is relatively rare in our city, but you can follow Bureau of Meteorology for space weather updates on when the Aurora conditions are peaking and favourable for viewing 👀, which may just be on your next visit to our Wagga Wagga + Surrounds region!
