Warrnambool Summer Markets A series of wonderful markets held predominantly over summer in Warrnambool. Fabulous & unique stalls, foods, wine and often live music. FREE.

Also the Street Markets at the Port Fairy Folk Festival held over the long weekend in March. Warrnambool’s wonderful markets including the Christmas markets on the Civic Green, and Summer Night Markets along with Wunta markets all held in the vicinity of beautiful Lake Pertobe provide the opportunity to browse the products of fabulous designers, makers, collectors, taste delish foods and enjoy a

locally produced beverage. Experience Warrnambool under a different light Friday evenings in January.
4.30pm - 8.30pm at Lake Pertobe. With fabulous local music (hopefully - all dependent on Covid rules) and the whole thing being a FREE event we would love you to come along, browse, eat, chat, bring a picnic rug, chair and make an evening of it! We proudly support a number of quality fund raising community groups. COVID rules must be adhered to.

Well that’s a wrap for the 2025 Summer Night Markets.
A very sincere thank you to our wonderful assistants (you are champions), our fantastic stallholders, and the brilliant entertainment that have joined us this season.
And to each and every one of you that came for a wander, a bite to eat etc - thank you.
It has been an incredible season.
And of course we find a snowman on the bank of Lake Pertobe 🤔😳😆⛄️

It’s been a while…
We are chuffed to have joining us this Friday at the Summer Night Market along with a crew of young local performers on the Youth Stage . It’s gonna be a most terrific evening.
Great stalls, foods, drinks and fabulous music.
And the will be performing in the Food Court area 🎶🤸☀️

The 2024 Port Fairy Street Fair is done and dusted. A magnificent event that was super challenged by the extreme weather. To all of our wonderful and supportive stallholders that braved the intense and unusual heat - a huge thank you and to everyone that came for a wander - thank you so much and we hope you enjoyed what you saw and did. And not forgetting the fabulous behind the scenes crew that work so very hard to make this event happen and bring it to life - congratulations and thank you so much for your support. Now cold drink and feet up. 😊😊

Our Story

These fabulous markets have been a part of summer in Warrnambool for 2 decades. Our wonderful markets including the Christmas markets on the Civic Green, (Sundays in late November and also December - 9am till 1pm - check posts for details) and the sensational Summer Night Markets along with the Wunta Fiesta markets all held in the vicinity of beautiful Lake Pertobe provide the opportunity to browse the products of artisic designers, makers, collectors, taste delish foods and enjoy a locally produced beverage. Put that together with two stages of brilliant live and local music and your Friday nights are set to be fabulous. The perfect place to meet with friends and family and enjoy what Warrnambool has to offer. Experience Warrnambool under a different light each Friday evening in January (occasionally the last Friday night in December too) 4.30pm - 8.30pm at Lake Pertobe. The whole thing being a FREE event we would love you to come along, browse, eat, chat, bring a picnic rug, chair and make an evening of it! We proudly support a number of quality fund raising community groups.
