This week in the gardens we have the Blue Bells out in flower and a massive amount of colour with the Azaleas in full bloom.

Perfect weather for tulips. Finally had some luck with the new location. Love the variegated red one.

The smell of the first Daphne Bush is enough to send to an exotic paradise. Couldn’t resist picking 2 bunches, one for back at home and left a little arrangement for our guests due in tomorrow.

Finally have lemons on the tree. Hoping the cockatoos done destroy them.

Had a 3.5 Earthquake in the blue Mountains last night. Cottage shook, but thankfully no damage.
Still have a few vacant nights for April, May. Plenty weekends and week days available for June, July and August.

A big thank you to Ian from A Grade Constructions who has just renovated our Kitchen at the Cottage. Ian has previously renovated the bathroom and Laundry.

Just been doing a bit of Wainscoting in the entrance hall at Wenty. Very pleased with myself.

We will be closed for March. Having new cabinetry and appliances installed in kitchen. Yay, we will now have a dishwasher. I will open up the days not needed for fit-out closer to the time.

An amazing amount of passion fruit on the back deck. 100’s of them. Hoping they will all ripen.
Lots of flowers blooming in the gardens. Liliums and pink arum Lilies in the back garden.

Roses are just stunning today.
Replacing some of the art work. Found this beautiful framed canvas of 2 adorable Cockatoos.
Still a few weeks available for End January. December now booked out.
Open for bookings for March,April and May.

Beautiful Dutch Iris’s, Bluebells and Azalea’s in full bloom at the Cottage. Taking bookings now for January, March and April.

Beautiful Daphne bushes are now out in flower. The scent brings back so many memories of my childhood. Also Spring bulbs still flowering with Blue Bells due to flower.

Been a touch windy in Wendy this week. A neighbour’s dead tree fell into the property, but we all put in a neighbourhood team effort to remove. Plenty of firewood for our guests.

Glorious day at Wenty today. New Zealand Takanini Camellia in full bloom in front garden. Have to have a little NZ to made it homely.
Little Gem Magnolia is finally doing it’s thing, by growing. It’s had 3 moves. Japanese maple is beautiful colour.
