Dear Customers ,
I as the manager of Syon Travels take sole responsibilities for the situation that has happened in the business. As a manager of the business I confirm that there was no involvement of any other parties for this situation to occur .
We may have dealt with many individuals and businesses /during the course of running the business . However they have no role in managing the business whatsoever . Hence , I would like to request everyone to respect other people who in good faith tried to help our business by referring the client / by contributing financially and by helping us to coordinate the delivery of the services . But no one except my self is responsible for this nightmarish situation to happen . Now that the business has failed , please respect them as they had no knowledge of what was happening in the business .
