I as the manager of Syon Travels take sole responsibilities for the situation that has happened in the business. As a manager of the business I confirm that there was no involvement of any other parties for this situation to occur .
We may have dealt with many individuals and businesses /during the course of running the business . However they have no role in managing the business whatsoever . Hence , I would like to request everyone to respect other people who in good faith tried to help our business by referring the client / by contributing financially and by helping us to coordinate the delivery of the services . But no one except my self is responsible for this nightmarish situation to happen . Now that the business has failed , please respect them as they had no knowledge of what was happening in the business .

Syon Travel-Heartbreaking Announcement

We are deeply saddened to announce that our company Syon Travels is currently in the liquidation process. We tried every avenue possible to keep the company afloat, however, we failed.
It has broken our hearts to have so many trusting customers
affected by our business. Despite the company’s status, we will
reimburse all customer payments in due course. In the
meantime, please find an alternative for your travel plans. Since
we also have some issues with suppliers , the status of your
tickets can change even if it was previously confirmed . Please
validate your ticket with the airline prior to your travel dates.
Since it is a sad and overwhelming time for our business other
communication channels may not be attended. Please email us
at [email protected] if you have anything outstanding
with our business.

That will help us to pass this to our liquidators
as well as keep the record for ourselves as we are determined to
have every customer reimbursed.We deeply regret what has happened. Thank you for being understanding in these difficult times.
