1 bedroom Permaculture unit in Willunga.
Rent $240 plus 2 hrs pw work in the garden (includes all utilities).
Comfortable, character, fully self-contained 1 bedroom unit in a beautiful, productive well-established 1 acre permaculture food forest.
We are looking for a single person with a real interest in permaculture gardening, either experienced or genuinely keen to learn.
You’d be sharing the property with the owners (a couple in their 50s and 60s) in the main house and another separate resident in his 50s. We all appreciate our own space, with respectful boundaries but also intentional times together.
Ideally we hope to find a (probably younger?) energetic person who, in the longer term, could take on more responsibility in the garden, possibly even generating their own income (for example).
