Hands on Horses Bowen therapy delivers a holistic remedial treatment which targets the soft tissue, muscles and trigger points. It includes relaxation techniques for the horse as well as lymphatic drainage if required. From my experience horses love their Bowen therapy treatments and most of them reach a deep state of relaxation.

⭐️URGENT WE NEED YOU MORE THAN EVER ⭐️

This collage is of just 25 of our permanent fluffies.

We currently have 140! That number has only increased by around 15 in the last 18 months and some sadly aren’t going to be with us very long. But right now they are.

On top of that we have nearly 100 fosters and that doesn’t include the donkeys 😞 add those and we’re at 350 equids.

The dollar day special for hay with a target of £4000 raised £354 on Facebook and about the same via our direct methods.

Sadly not even one truck.

We are in trouble. Big trouble. Bottom line is we cannot continue to help as many horses that we do without increased donations.
This time last year we had the benefit of previous years Gift Aid to fall back on. We even had more fosters then than we do now.
We reduced foster numbers a few months ago. We will have to do this again unless we can massively increase donations.
Just in the last month - humanely putting to sleep horses has cost us over £1000.
The Egyptian currency has become stronger meaning our GBP 🇬🇧 doesn’t “buy” us the same amount. We’ve lost £1000 just this month 😩

I know that those of you that see our posts donate and we really do appreciate that. Seriously we do.
But somehow we’ve got to get out of this trouble we’re in now. I hate asking for money. REALLY hate it - but I am asking from the bottom of my heart for you to help us.

Please, please help. Please don’t make me have to give the order to Morad to send fosters home because we can’t afford to help them.

No Facebook donate button today. We need the donations right now not in a month.

"It is the same with horses and with men: all distempers in the early stage are more easily cured than when they have become chronic and have been wrongly treated" (Xenophon, On Horsemanship)

The poem that's gone viral after NSW farmer Joanna Collett posted it on the Prime Minister's page:

G’day Mr Morrison, I trust that you are fine,
Sorry to be bothering you, but there’s something on my mind
I listened to a bloke last week; he had a bit to say
You lot may have heard of him? He delivers all that hay?

He spoke of countless hours and the distances they drive
Feeding starving stock, to keep bush hopes alive
They do not get assistance from your tax funded hat
They do it on their own, all off their own bat

I’m not politically minded and I don’t have any clout
And I know you’ve done a tour, to learn about the drought
But there’s just some burning questions, that have left us feeling beat
Why did we fund a foreign land, to learn to cut up meat?
And what about those soccer boys, who went and got all lost
You pulled out all the bloody stops, plain just showing off
You’ve bigger problems here at home, there’s drought up to our necks
So what does your mob go and do ? Give them big fat cheques!

Don’t they have a government to deal with all this stuff?
Why should it be up to us, what’s with all your fuss?
Should we not be reigning in and look after our own
Have you never heard the phrase “charity starts at home”?

I realise there’s many things, that need an allocation
And I also can appreciate, complex trade relations
I’m not sure if you realise, but if our stock all die,
There won’t be any trade you see, your deals will all run dry

As a rule we’re not a whinging lot, our requests are but a few
Most of us who work the land, are tested, tried and true
We respect that we are guardians, and sustain it for the kids
But I often have to wonder, what future will it bring?

I guess all that I’m wondering, is “where’s the Aussie aid”?
Wrapped up in a swag of tape, only then to be repaid !
There’s Aussie blokes and chicks out there, putting you to shame
Helping fellow Australians, in their time of pain

I’m just a simple farmer, grazier, wife and mum
And even though we’re feeding stock, we’re better off than some
I’ve never had to shoot a cow, who could no longer stand
But many have before me, and I pray, I’m not dealt that hand

So will you take another look; admit that we’re in strife ?
And do more than bloody empathise, before another farmer takes their life ?
I’d like to think you’ll do what’s right and put Australia first
And help your own damn country, before this drought gets any worse

Joanna Collett

I came across this page and it sounds like a genuine charity to me. Please take a minute to read the post and have a look at their page and maybe give them a donation. Beware, the pictures are VERY graphic, I certainly cried. Then I donated....our horses don't know how lucky they are.

Just saw this one and thought I need to share 😂 maybe a little bit of Bowen Therapy can relieve the stress.....

These are the Essential Oils used in the ERT. All of them are pure single oils except "Valor" which is a blend of multiple oils. My personal favorite is "Copaiba", it is a very versatile oil and most horses like to inhale it.
I only use the best quality oils of Young Living Essential Oils.

It is COMPETITION TIME!!!!!
In order to receive either an Equine Bowen Therapy treatment or an Equine Raindrop Technique (with Essential Oils) treatment, please like my page and share this post. Great news!!! Now I am a accredited practitioner for Equine Raindrop Technique (ERT).
What is it you may ask?
"It is a non diagnostic modality that uses a combination of essential oils and effleurage to bring electrical balance and structural alignment to a horses body." (S. Nobel & E. Dennis).
It can be used on its own or combined with other therapies.
