Less than 2hrs drive from the Sydney CBD it is the ideal rural retreat. On Wollombi Farm we have a self contained, two bedroom Cottage - superb for friends, families or couples. Ideal for a weekend getaway from the city, or the perfect bolthole if you are attending an event in the Hunter Valley. The Cottage can comfortably sleep 6. Each bedroom has a king size bed (or twin beds) and each bedroom i

s large enough to aaccommodate a (very comfortable!) rollaway (single) bed. The house comes with a modern complete kitchen, bathroom, indoor and outdoor dining, indoor and outdoor lounge seating, a gas BBQ, a state of the art flatsceen, smart TV (with Netflix), free wifi and an outdoor firepit. The pantry is stocked with staples, there are board games and books and all linen and towels are provided. With 100 acres to walk, hike or mountain bike there is plenty of opportunity for fresh air, the property abounds with local wildlife including kangaroos and wombats, the Wollombi Brook weaves its way around our boundary (good for fishing) and the night sky is seriously impressive! Wollombi Farm is a working farm so please expect to hear normal 'farming noises' however there is plenty of space and lots to explore. Whether you want to get away to relax, have fun, visit the Hunter Valley or our own quaint Wollombi Village (1.4km / 15 mins walk), Wollombi Farm is the ideal destination. Sculpture in the Vineyards is the longest running regional sculpture festival in New South Wales, and with 104 indoor and 78 large outdoor sculptures it’s well worth travelling to our valley in September!

The indoor sculptures will be exhibited and for sale in 6 galleries and the outdoor works will be on display in the vineyards as well as Laguna and Wollombi Villages.

Come and visit for a day or for the week…. 😉🙌🖼️

Clearly they haven’t been to Wollombi! Although in all fairness, we are Village and not a town….. which makes us even more appealing AND you could always stopover as you pass through to reach a few ‘towns’ highlighted below 😉🙌💛
