Jumping in to 2025 !!!! Massive thanks to all of our clients for entrusting us, we don't take it lightly and it's our pleasure to create memories together.

2024 was a great year for Soulful Travel Co. So grateful to be a part of people's travel planning and getting to know what is important to our clients. I truely feel lucky to be able to do what I do and talk about the best thing on earth, people lives and travel.

Highlights being :
✈️ Got to more trade events
✈️ Had our first overseas holiday, since 2019 (Covid and first time mum will do that to you)
✈️ Got our own office space for clients for face to face appointments
✈️ Welcomed Julie to the team who loves a Europe trip with her young family. She brings over 10 years of industry experience.
✈️ Jamie focused on his expertise in Japan bookings and has been become our tech champ.
✈️ New clients coming to us to plan awesome adventures
✈️ Repeat clients sharing our details and referring the love

Got to love a travel memory !!! Why is my arm in a sling?? Well.... I tripped up the stairs in Hawaii and a week later jumped on a flight to Europe for a French river cruise. Why?? Why not !!! If you can't beat the broken bone might as well take it on a tour of wine and cheese right. Europe 2025 is going to be big, loads of people already locking in plans. Think I might just do it too !!!

Been getting some documents ready for some lucky clients who are off to Africa in a month and booked another couple for next year this week.

Talk about, flash back to 2018, my last trip to South Africa. What a magical place to visit for so many reasons. I tell my clients that Africa is a place that touches the soul in many ways. The land, the different culture, the animals, delish meat rich foods and arts offer up something very different to other places. If you have been once, you will 100% want to go back.

It's a place that drops your ego and reminds you to be grateful for housing, safety and money to travel to these far lands.

That you are only a small dot on this earth with such grandeur of these magical animals.

I have been lucky to travel over a couple of times and it really has something for all different types of travellers.

19 years ago, I walked in to my dream career. So much has changed !!! But I still love it 💕

1. Transformed to a travel advisor vs a travel agent. What does that even mean you ask? I don't just on sell travel products. I help my clients plan how to spend money wisely and what order to achieve your bucket list. Plus make suggestions you have never considered, which can help you save $$$$$$ and have more fun.
2. I now run my own show without having to reach sales targets with anyone else in mind except what is best for my clients.
3. I book more premium economy, business, first class flights than ever before.
4. I have less bookings and more large long haul trips booked for people who are willing and open to suggestion.
5. My client repeat rate is high, like 90% of the things I am working have been clients before
6. Most new clients come to me from referrals from my other clients which brings joy to my heart.
7. I get to know you personally, you can ask me things around the clock (which ill respond to in Biz hours)
8. When you’re travelling you can contact me 24/7 and if things go wrong, which happens when travelling, I will be by your side.
9. The travel industry has changed, in so many ways and I have evolved with it too
10. Travel has transformed my life, I am richer for having travelled to over 40 countries. My season with a toddler has slowed me down a little in that space though my travel network gets stronger each day.
