Terms and Conditions
To ensure that every participant receives the maximum benefit from our program and services at our center please take the time to read through the following ‘Learn to Swim’ terms and

conditions relevant to Nippers 2 Flippers “Safe Start Swim School”. General Conditions

All participants must abide by the general terms and conditions of the Swim School Program. Management reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend or cancel a membership without refund. Every effort will be made to adhere to the timetable, however, Nippers 2 Flippers reserves the right to change and alter classes as necessary. Payment of Fees

Payment of swim school lessons is for the full term unless other arrangements have been authorized by Swim School Management. All fees must be paid within 14 day of invoice date, and failure to do so will result in your position being given to another member. Please note, we no longer offer Bank Transfer. Missed Lessons

To minimize disruption, we offer two make-up lessons per term. This is unable to be rolled over to the following term.If a make-up lesson is missed you are not permitted to re book another make-up. The center must be notified at least 24 hours prior to lesson if your child will not be attending their lesson. Assessments

Assessments are ongoing as children develop at their own pace. However, we endeavor to generally conduct assessments during week 3 and week 8. Supervision

Parents are not permitted to leave children unsupervised at any time. Baby Levels

We request that children up to the age of 3 wear both a Swim Nappy and a reusable “Happy Nappy”, which can be purchased from Reception. Privacy

The Center will use your personal information only for the purpose of registering and administering.

Teaching babies to back float helps them develop water confidence and survival skills. If they accidently fall into water, knowing how to float on their back can buy them time and potentially save their life.

Water pours are such an important part of teaching your little one to swim. They are one of the most effective ways of teaching your child to hold their breath. And consistency is key. We practice them at the beginning of our lessons and recommend parents also do them at home. Remember its "Name, ready....GO"!!!

Children who do not continue swim lessons in terms 2 & 3 lose skill and muscle memory. Swimming Lessons may be the only opportunity to swim during the cooler months. Our centre is indoors, water is heated. Drownings happen in any season. Enrol your child NOW!

Attention Families if your child is unwell, please keep them home. 🤧🤢😷🤒🤮
Children should not be attending lessons if they are sick, snotty, coughing, feverish or within 48 hours after a vomiting or gastric episode.
Wintertime is almost here, and viruses will be going around please do not bring your sick child to swimming lessons.
