Here's another flight, this time a 20 minute scenic. Once again we get up among the clouds.....I love days like this!

A couple of weeks ago I was approached by Yea Cancer Charity for a donation for their charity auction. I donated a 30 minute flight with aerobatics, and during the course of the conversation it was agreed that I'd do a little fly past at their auction.
So today I strapped on GAV and went for a wander up to Yea where I flew around the racecourse for about 5 minutes or so. Upon my return, I received this text message:

OMG It was amazing!!!! Thank you so so much! We started the auction after your fly over and it sold for $700!!!
I’ll call you once we are done but thank you very much. Spectacular

I love doing this!

*This* is what I did with the fourth GoPro... Of course, whenever I add another camera the previous ones don't work..

How do you make a 30 minute flight last for 8 minutes? You speed up the "boring" bits! Of course, there *are* no boring bits when you're flying!

Approximately 2 hours of editing for a 7 minute video 🙂 GoPro Hero 11 Mini on the tail and above the cockpit, and GoPro Max on the wing strut. 30 minute scenic flight with light aerobatics, 3rd August 2024.

Playing around with some different camera angles....there's one under the tail and the usual one above the cockpit. I still have to fit in the footage from the GoPro Max on the wing.. I welcome any comments, both positive and negative!

I just love days like today when there are clouds around and you can really get in amongst them......and it's even more fun playing follow the leader!
