❓FAQs❓
Q: Can I obtain a ticket for someone else, like my spouse or child?
A: Yes, you can acquire one ticket for yourself. If you wish to obtain tickets for others (e.g., spouse, child), they must be present with you during the ticketing session. Proof of residency is required for individuals over 18 years old.
Q: What should I bring to the ticket release?
A: Bring proof of your participation (e.g., pay slip) if you were an extra or involved in the production. For York residents, please bring a driver’s license, utility bill, or any official document that clearly shows your name and York residency.

A: Unfortunately, you must attend one of the designated ticket release sessions in person with the necessary proof. No tickets will be reserved in advance.
Q: Can I attend multiple ticket release sessions to increase my chances?
A: Each individual is allowed to obtain only one ticket. Please ensure you attend only one session to allow fair distribution for everyone.
Q: Can I give my ticket to someone else if I can’t attend?
A: No, tickets are strictly non-transferable. Each ticket is tied to the individual who presents the proof of residency or participation at the time of acquisition.
