“We just stayed 1 week at the Blue Residences in a 3 BR penthouse. Perfect location. 6 min walk to Palm Beach and 8 min walk to Eagle Beach. Best of both worlds. Our unit came with a wagon, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cooler, beach towels etc. everything you need for great day at the beach. There’s also a small, quiet beach directly across the street. Never had an issue getting a chair by the pool at any time and ZERO towel games being played saving chairs . They have 1, 2, 3 BR units. 5 min drive to Super Foods. Highly recommend.”

People often ask us why it makes more sense to be a guest in our beautiful penthouse condo instead of staying in a hotel. Here’s a few reasons why:

1 - More cost efficient than a hotel! Our 3 BR, 4 Bath, 2 level, 2100 sq ft gives your entire family space to spread out and relax in style. It’s like renting 3 hotel rooms….but nicer!
2 - Never a need to wake up at 4am to go to the pool for a lounge chair! We know the drill at hotels.. it’s not a vacation when you are up at the crack of dawn fighting with other guests for a spot by the pool. 3 pools on property are never jammed packed and finding a quiet spot is easy.
3 - Enjoy the best views on the island from our spacious balcony! Ever been promised an “ocean view” from your hotel, only to find that you barely spot an inch of the water through the buildings and trees? Not at our condo. Our view will take your breath away!
4 - Pack lighter and enjoy a washer/dryer in the condo. Stop the nonsense of washing your bathing suits and shorts in a hotel sink and hanging them to dry. We have you covered with our own washer/dryer.
5 - Fighting for chairs on the beach while at your hotel? Those days are over. We supply our guests with beach chairs, cooler and even floats for the water!
