Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
✔️Beheer van de volledige financiële administratie per woning/appartement.
✔️Betaling en registratie van alle kosten per woning, zoals onderhoud, belastingen en nutsvoorzieningen.
✔️Zorgdragen voor de tijdige en correcte betaling van belastingen namens de eigenaren.
✔️Overzicht houden en administratie van inkomende maandelijkse huurinkomsten en vacationrental huurinkomsten.
✔️Uitbetaling van commissies aan betrokken partijen.
✔️Correcte verwerking van alle financiële transacties en administratieve werkzaamheden in QuickBooks.

AIVR (Aruba Island Vacation Rental), a sister company of RE/MAX Aruba, manages homes and apartments in Aruba for primarily international owners. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive financial administrator to join our team.

Your Responsibilities:
✔️ Manage the full financial administration for each property/apartment.
✔️ Handle and record all property expenses, such as maintenance, taxes, and utilities.
✔️ Ensure timely and accurate payment of taxes on behalf of the property owners.
✔️ Oversee and record incoming monthly rental income and vacation rental income.
✔️ Process commission payments to all relevant parties.
✔️ Accurately enter all financial transactions and administrative tasks into QuickBooks.
✔️ Provide regular reports to management on the financial status of the properties and rental income.

Who Are We Looking For?
- You have experience in financial administration and bookkeeping, preferably in the real estate or rental sector.
- Experience with QuickBooks is required.
- You are detail-oriented and work with a high level of accuracy.
- You can work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch is a plus.
