Some of the special features are the swim up bar at the pool and heated whirlpool bath, the gorgeous walled in gardens, the en-suite bathroom with it’s open air natural stone shower, the private back terrace off the master, the 7 meter glass sliding doors that completely open up the villa to the garden outdoors, the private high tech gym. And it furthermore is loaded with everything you could possibly need or want at a villa… snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, pool floats, sand toys (all neatly stored in the separate storage room at the back terrace) wifi, laptop, cell phone etc.etc. The beautifully landscaped tropical garden features blooming flowers, mature trees and various types of palms. It is completely walled in, secluded from view and makes for a lush and totally private oasis. Laze away in one of the hammocks in your private paradise. Natural flagstone terraces surround a beautiful free shaped swimming pool and heated whirlpool bath. The swim-up bar is the perfect spot to enjoy a nice pina colada or strawberry daiquiri. The full color book on mixing your own tropical island drinks is included. The gas-BBQ is always ready to go. There is an outside shower at the pool deck and the two poolside palapas are an excellent lounge area for poolside entertainment or just relaxing and reading a book. In the evening the garden and poolarea are romantically lit and the whirlpool bath’s heater comes on automatically. The 4 bedrooms, the apartment as well as the gym are air-conditioned and the living room has a ceiling fan. The villa is designed in such a way that natural breezes gently flow through the home to keep it cool. Two sets of large sliding doors on the main floor of the house completely slide away into pocket walls, opening up the kitchen and the living area to the covered patios and beautiful garden. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a natural stone shower that has a view of the starry skies above. Double French doors open up the master bedroom to the back terrace where a small air-conditioned gym will keep you fit during your stay in the villa. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 and bedroom #4 (upstairs) both have 2 single beds. The separate 1-bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment has a queen size bed. There’s a laptop set up with Skype for free/cheap international calling. Also included is unlimited wifi. There’s a wireless color printer as well should you need to print anything during your stay. A 52” flat screen TV with a DVD player, Apple tv, cd player, radio, I-pod docking station, games, and a collection of dvds, cds, books and magazines. The fully equipped Mexican style kitchen features stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, gas range, electric oven, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, juicer, gourmet and fondue sets and is complete with everything you need to prepare and host great dinners. The small gym is airconditioned and equipped with free weights, yoga mats, excercise ball and features hi tech equipment such as a stationary bike, treadmill and hometrainer. There’s a flatscreen with cable here as well. The washer and dryer are housed in a separate laundry room adjacent to the gym. All beach and activities items such as snorkeling gear, beach chairs, body boards and other pool and beach toys and floats are housed in a separate storage room.
