lecom Housing and Office complex in Moscow, Russia. Since then the company has developed with the primary goal to deliver and execute projects to international firms needing to bridge the local cultural gap, implement internationally accepted HSE policy, cost control and standards meeting the high requirements of today's global economy. Construction Management - department was established in October 2004 to provided construction and Project Management for Hale Kai Residence Boutique Hotel, LabMed Diagnostic Medical Laboratory, HES Industrial Park for Halliburton and different projects such as high-end residential, commercial space and offices. AUSA provides all technical and administrative management services, effectively planning and managing the project from initial bid stage through to the certificate of occupancy and final closeout. We seek to get involved early in the design phase and share our knowledge and experience to form a first-class local construction team that will exceed the expectations of clients regardless of the complexity of the project. Project Management includes the following sub-departments: Design, Project Management, HR, Cost-Control and Financial.
