Sunčan i prozračan apartman u mirnom dijelu centra Bijeljine, na adresi Miloša Obilića 132.
Maksimalni kapacitet 6 osoba.

Stan je podesan za osobe u kolicima, sa širokim parkingom, liftom i rampama, u stanu nema pragova, suvišnog namještaja i kupatilo je prostrano.

Dvije spavaće sobe, jedna sa bračnim krevetom, i druga sa dva pojedinačna. Mirne sobe sa roletnama za zamračivanje, savršene za odmor.
Sofa u dnevnoj sobi se takođe može pretvoriti u ležaj, što znači da stan može maksimalno primiti 6 osoba, a optimalno 3-4.
Sve je novo, u novogradnji, sa potpuno opremljenom kuhinjom, mašinom za pranje i sušenje veša, radnim stolom za one koji posao nose sa sobom. Pegla, fen, osnovni alat, HDMI kabl, sve što može zatrebati putniku je tu, čak i nešto hrane i pića da premostite dok ne odete u nabavku.

Besplatan wi-fi, balkončić na koji mogu stati 2-3 osobe.

Nekih 500 m niz ulicu se nalazi gradski trg, a u neposrednoj blizini je Sremska ulica u kojoj su šoping centri i novi centar dnevnog života grada, kao i nova glavna autobuska stanica. Privatni parking, garaža, ptičice i krošnja zove pod prozorom, seoska idila u sred grada, to je ovaj stan.

Stan je opremljen sa punom pažnjom iskusnog putnika i umjetnika estete. Ideja je da vas stan oduševi svojom jednostavnošću, praktičnošću i ljepotom, da vam pruži dobar odmor i da poželite da se vratite. Istovremeno je izložbeni prostor za umjetničke radove vlasnice, pa će vas umjesto generičkih dekoracija iz prodavnice dočekati nešto više.

Cijene se kreću od 50 KM za jednu osobu po danu do 80 KM za četiri osobe.

Stan je idealan za porodice i grupe kojima trebaju prostor i funkcionalnost. Nije za žurke i ludovanje, već za putnike kojima treba baza za odmor, posao, da mogu pripremiti ručak i oprati veš.

This charming two-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to six persons.
Brand new apartment building, private parking and a garage. Wheelchair accessible, except for the garage in the basement.
First floor, quiet corner with trees outside the window, birds chirping day and night, calming and bright.
Bath tub, washer, dryer, towels, detergents and soaps, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, hangers.
One double bed and two single beds, sofa bed in the living room may be used if needed.
A kitchen with a refrigerator, cooking top, midi oven, microwave oven, toster, blender&chopper, electric kettle, and a hand mixer. Snacks, coffee, tea, olive oil, spices and some canned food are complimentary, so feel free to help yourself.
A desk with a lamp, some basic stationery, HDMI cable to connect your laptop to the TV set.
Balcony with two armchairs and a coffee table. Enjoy the breeze and the smell of elder flowers.

The location is right next to the new center of urban development. A short walk from the city square, you will find yourself next to the new Central Bus Station, and at the beginning of a stretch perfect for shopping and eating out. Shopping centers, gas stations, restaurants and pharmacies, bakery for late night snacks, everything is just a short walk away. You do not need a car to enjoy Bijeljina from this spot. With shopping just across the street and the city center some 500 meters down the street, the location is perfect.
The apartment was designed to be simple, convenient, comfortable, and relaxing. We offer free wi-fi, but as far as television goes, we believe in simple joys of chasing a local tv-station signal with a room antenna.
There is also a first aid kit, an umbrella, slippers, some basic tools, and please let us know if you need anything else. The apartment was designed by an experienced traveler, so there is room for your suitcases on the floor. Blackout curtains in bedrooms. Smoking allowed in the living room and the balcony only. This is not an apartment for parties and crazy stuff. This is a clean and relaxing property with a homey vibe, for guests who need to refresh, rest, maybe cook a meal, or do the laundry.
