As a student of law in '80's Alma never had dreamt that she would become a tour guide. The conflict in the '90's defined future path for her and her family. Since 1994 her work for foreign non-government organisations provided her lot of experience in organising receptions, accommodation, transportation, meetings and team buildings for many clients from the region and the world. Past jobs include coordinating big projects (Music Centre Pavarotti), project management, team leading and training and facilitating. Soon she started to work as a tour guide and made contact with many tour operators in the region and other parts of the world. Today, Alma is a holder of the official tour guide licence established by Federal Ministry of tourism in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
