Our Story

Beachy Head is a traditional Bajan ‘bay house’ vacation property set in a unique location on a bluff above a beach on the rugged Atlantic coast in the parish of St Philip; owned by the same family for over 60 years, it’s set in a breathtaking part of the island, with a rugged coastline cooled by the prevalent tradewinds.

Situated on a cliffside, steps away from a secluded beach, this 5.5 acre estate includes a spacious 4 bedroom villa and cozy 2 bedroom cottage, both available for private rental. Natural breezes and thick coralstone walls keep the property cool year-round, with stunning views over the ocean and the sound of the waves as the soundtrack.

We encourage our guests to experience Barbados as locals and to explore the area, discover the local convenience stores, rum shops and dining spots all within walking distance. Venture further inland to the hub of Six Roads, St Philip and find supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, bank, gas station and fast food restaurants - it’s a hive of activity during the day and that’s just a part of the eastern side of the island!

Renting a car is, we think, the best way to really enjoy Barbados; it allows the freedom to either you can plan ahead for activities and adventure or simply throw a cooler in the back of the car and take a casual drive around the countryside. You won’t be disappointed - there’s so much to see and do.
