Flow I have been trying to speak to a manager since July 24th relative to this issue I’m having with my cellular service where I’m missing calls, phone dropping calls data working off and on and it’s not my phone cause I’ve met other persons with the same issue whenever I go to one of your outlets to try to have it rectified. I’ve also placed another flow SIM card in my phone and my phone worked perfectly. Since July 24th 2024 till now and all I’ve heard is restart your phone each time all I’m being told is restart your phone. Then you guys credit my account $20 and think that is acceptable. I spent $105 on a Digicel service so I can keep in contact with clients. I’ve lost business because I could not be reached due to your shabby service. The amount of driving I have to be doing coming to you guys cost more than $20. Your customer service is horrendous and lacks a lot to be desired.

It's already hard to operate a small business here on this island and it seems daily that the powers at be are doing everything possible to cause the small person to suffer. Now here I sit at the entrance of the Bridgetown Port where I was to collect a group of 7 persons who booked with me through my website. I refused several other bookings as I had already accepted theirs. Now this morning I am being told they aren't allowed off the cruise ship as they are being told the government of Barbados changed the rules. At this stage what am I to do ???? Am I to turn to a life of crime to support my family and myself ???

We did it again. Ambitious Tours and Taxi Services was tasked with organizing a vow renewal for some clients along with getting them their required covid test and touring my beautiful home island Barbados. Once again we did not disappoint. I want to say a big thank you and special mention to all who assisted me , I could not have done it without all of you. It was no easy task and they were lots of challenges but we made it happen.
