Flow I have been trying to speak to a manager since July 24th relative to this issue I’m having with my cellular service where I’m missing calls, phone dropping calls data working off and on and it’s not my phone cause I’ve met other persons with the same issue whenever I go to one of your outlets to try to have it rectified. I’ve also placed another flow SIM card in my phone and my phone worked perfectly. Since July 24th 2024 till now and all I’ve heard is restart your phone each time all I’m being told is restart your phone. Then you guys credit my account $20 and think that is acceptable. I spent $105 on a Digicel service so I can keep in contact with clients. I’ve lost business because I could not be reached due to your shabby service. The amount of driving I have to be doing coming to you guys cost more than $20. Your customer service is horrendous and lacks a lot to be desired.
