Here's a little tip to get you started...when you are ready to take a few moments to relax (regardless of whatever you choose to do) live the moment as though you are wearing headphones.

Focus on what you are doing, make sure your senses are tuned in to your surroundings and be sure to block out any unwanted distractions.
