In de gully!
Gullies were the few areas spared when Barbados was deforested to make way for sugar cane.
Gullies held much of our indigenous life and provided potable water before the island's piped water system was installed.

Nature's camouflage.

Alocasia variegated. It's amazing the colours and contrasts that we can find in nature. The plant still needs a bit of green so it can photosynthesize, but the contrasts are striking.
Nature is the best designer and best painter. As God would have it.
