We were very lucky in Hurricane Beryl and didn’t have any damage. There was high storm surge but we were protected and it stayed on the beach. Thanks to everyone for your kind messages and our past guests checking up on us!

Red turtle friendly light on Dover Beach infront of the Apts. Guests have been seeing hatchlings on the beach which is very special! Having these red lights mean the baby turtles head towards the sea when they hatch rather than into homes and hotels following the white lights.

As we prepare for Barbados' national pause, it's time to slow down, stay at home and control the spread of COVID-19 on the island. It's time to work from home if you can or just relax a bit. Or if you follow this turtle's example, have a nibble on a sponge and a long nap! What's your favourite place to swim with turtles in Barbados? We have seen steady low numbers of cases in recent days as a result of the efforts of the government and the general conscientiousness of Barbadians, so hopefully this extreme measure will help reduce these numbers back to zero. We hope we'll be able to welcome many guests to our apartments and beautiful Barbados again soon.
