We finally made it to Caboose – a quintessential beach bar owned and operated by Wayne and created from a retrofitted wooden fishing boat that he set up on a spot of private land opposite a window to the sea in Heywoods, Speightstown. Open Wednesday to Sunday from 11am to 6pm Caboose serves deliciously tasty fresh fish cutters, either "regular" (with ketchup, mayo and pepper sauce) or "fully loaded" (with an egg and cheese). Wash that down with either their home made rum punch, beer, water or mini's (rum, vodka, gin). What a gem of a place!
