Why don't we serve extra sauce with pizza?
& Why are the prices of our food so exorbitant!
First, you should know that all of the mozzarella we use is imported, and that it comes from New Zealand or (Aus), a country known for its brand of cheese. We avoid making mallow pizza because it detracts from the salted snack flavour of the original cheese. We have patrons from other countries as well as a number of regulars who enjoy pizza and are aware of the distinction between an authentic pizza and a boring pizza. There are specific procedures we use to create real pizza. For example, we only provide traditional Italian pizzas without any additional sauces. Pizza sauce is important and put the right amount is very important. To maintain the quality as well as the real test of pizza we have to use certain volume of sauce (not much/ less) and we provide you the original taste. Local pizza or has a different recipe and uses sauce which is not the authentic one . More over amount of sauce they put is too much just because the taste (Cheese) provided is not real. But we can't !!! We are focused on our quality and our customer (Foreign/ Regular Authentic customers)
