Moallem & Marketing Executive (Male)

Must be experienced for 2 to 3 year in Hajj & Umrah service.
Job Responsibilities: -
1. Offer and quote rates for various umrah and holiday packages.
2. Counseling to clients regarding all types of umrah, tourist & business packages.
3. Online & offline Communicating with our clients and building relationships with them.
4. Provide visa support to clients
5. Building our existing database of clients in order to spread the word of our services
6. Manage office documentation and general office bookkeeping
7. Understand Conversion techniques to meet target.
8. Customer relationship management
9. Strong organizational, prioritizing and time management skills within a fast-paced setting.

Experience Requirements:-

Manager Job Responsibilities: -

Customer service Executive Job Responsibilities:
1. Answering customer calls & inquiries
2. Excellent Communication skills with customers and an appropriate accent.
3. Good command of Microsoft office especially excels for daily reporting.
4. Making calls to customers and keeping a record of their issues
5. Collect documentation from customers
6. Explain the customer issues to management to be solved
7. Keep track of every client's issues and progress
8. Follow up with management and clients until issues are solved
9. Making overall service progress report
