Lobuche to Gorakshep

This segment tends to take two to three hours, during which you'll gain almost 300 meters in altitude. But let me tell you, every step feels like a lot of work at this point. The lower oxygen levels impact your ability to move forward.

As always, the surrounding mountains play hide-and-seek with each other. Some peaks reveal themselves while others remain in mystery. The rugged terrain, the crisp air, and the sheer majesty of the Himalayas – it's an experience like no other.

Before finally reaching Gorakshep, we crossed over the Changri Shar Glacier, originating from the surrounding peaks of Pumori (7,161m), Changri (6,027m), and Chumbu (6,859m).

Hey we all are walking at our own pace. We often look at those walking ahead of us and feel we have not achieved much in life.

But darling you are not seeing the whole picture. Everything comes with a cost , sacrifice, dedication -still there will be something missing- not there / in everyone's life .... Don't be disappointed.. :)

People might mock you , underestimate you without knowing your worth... Your true self...Be happy anyway... You are loved ..and love yourself first

We don’t see worth in what we already have achieved, we chase other people’s dreams only to end up where they wanted to be. In the end, we become more unhappy.

Think about your spark, your magic. Maybe you are a touchstone that can change people's life, do good and live a happy life.

Recognize, appreciate repay or acknowledge ones- sincerity, affection, love. Discrimination really can break wings, dreams but who said life is fair?

Don't care if you don't get the care you deserve.. don't care what others think or if they don't value you or can't see your efforts.. do good anyway. Don't lose your magic .. maybe you are with wrong surrounding.

You are the books you read, the films you watch, the music you listen to, the people you meet, the dreams you have, the conversations you engage in. You are what you take from these. You are the sound of the ocean, the breath of fresh air, the brightest light and the darkest corner. You are a collective of every experience you have had in your life. You are every single day.

So drown yourself in a sea of knowledge and existence. Let the words run through your veins and let the colors fill your mind. don't lose yourself. I miss you'
