ভারতীয়রা corporate world এ নেতৃত্ব দিচ্ছে। আর আমার দেশী ভাইয়েরা ব্যস্ত - কার কাগজপত্র আছে কার নাই, কে মেক্সিকো দিয়ে আসছে, কে যোগ্যতা ছাড়াই ফ্যামিলি ভিসা নিয়ে আসছে, কে টুরিস্ট ভিসা নিয়ে এসে রাজনৈতিক আশ্রয় নিছে, স্টুডেন্ট হয়ে এসে এদেশে কেন থাকবে?, অমুক দুই টাকার মানুষ, PhD করে কি হবে? এসব নিয়ে ঠেলাঠেলি করে। তাদের জীবন চলে রেস্তোরাঁর dish boy চাকরীর জন্য ধাক্কাধাক্কি করে আর নতুন আসা লোকদের খাটিয়ে বেতন না দিয়ে।
এদিকে বুড়ো নানারা তাদের পাসপোর্ট দেখিয়ে নতুন আসা মেয়ে ছাত্রীদের " " বানানোর প্রচেষ্টায় লিপ্ত। কিন্তু বুড়ো নানারা জানেন না, এইসব মেধাবী মেয়েরা কোন লেভেলের স্মার্ট। তাদের মতো হাজার হাজার বুড়ো নানাদের "garage sale" এর ও যোগ্য মনে করে না ওরা। (Disclaimer : This is not a generalised situation and applies to some specific situations)
