আল্লাহ নারীকে তৈরি করছিলেন। কিন্তু অন্য সবকিছুর তুলনায় নারীকে গড়ার ক্ষেত্রে সময় বেশি লেগেছিল।
এই কালবিলম্ব দেখে এক ফেরেশতা জিজ্ঞেস করে বসলেন,

"হে আল্লাহ, তুমি নারীর বেলায় এত সময় নিলে কেনো?" জবাবে আল্লাহ বললেন, "তার সাথে কতগুলো বৈশিষ্ট্য জুড়ে দিয়েছি তা কি দেখেছো?"

>সে সকল ধরনের পরিস্থিতিকে মানিয়ে নিতে পারবে

>সে একই সাথে একাধিক শিশুপালনে সক্ষম

>তার একটি প্রেমময় চুম্বনে যেমন ক্ষতবিক্ষত হৃদয় সেরে উঠবে তেমনি ভাঙা হাঁটু বল ফিরে পাবে দৌড়নোর জন্য

>সে টানা ২৪ ঘণ্টা সেবা দিতে সক্ষম।

এতকিছু সে করবে, কিন্তু তার থাকবে মাত্র দুটি হাত
ফেরেশতা বিস্মিত হয়ে বলে, "দুটি হাত মাত্র? এতো অসম্ভব। নিশ্চয়ই এর গঠনে বিশেষ কিছু আছে।" ফেরেশতা এবার নারী অবয়বের কাছে গেলো, স্পর্শ করে দেখলো।

"কিন্তু আল্লাহ, তুমি তো একে নরম কোমল করে বানিয়েছো?"
"হ্যা, সে কোমল কিন্তু আমি তাকে শক্তপোক্ত করে গড়েছি। এমনকি তুমি ধারনাও করতে পারবেনা তার সহ্যসীমা কতখানি।"

ফেরেশতা আবার প্রশ্ন, "সে কি চিন্তা করতে পারে?"
- "সে শুধু চিন্তা নয়, কারণ অনুসন্ধান এবং সমাধান দিতে প্রস্তুত"

ফেরেশতা নারী অবয়বটিকে আরো ভালো করে পরখ করে দেখলো, আল্লাহ , এ তো ছিদ্রযুক্ত"।
আল্লাহ তাকে আশ্বস্ত করে বললেন, "চিন্তা করবেনা বৎস। চোখের কোণে যে ছিদ্র দেখছো তা থেকে জল গড়িয়ে পড়বে, কখনো আনন্দে, কখনো দুঃখে, কখনো গর্বে, কখনো তীব্র যন্ত্রণায়। বক্ষ বরাবর যে ছিদ্রযুগল দেখছো তা অমিয় ধারা, যা পান করে প্রজন্মের পর প্রজন্ম বেড়ে উঠবে। আরো নিচে যে গিরিপথ দেখছো সেখানে রেখেছি হিমালয় সমান রহস্য। ফেরেশতা এবার অভিভূত, "আল্লাহ তুমি সত্যিই গুণী, এতকিছু এই একের মধ্যে সাজিয়ে দিয়েছো"

"একজন নারী তবে বিস্ময়কর বিষয়"
"হ্যা অবশ্যই নারী বিস্ময় এবং তার ভালোবাসা হবে নিঃস্বার্থ "

ফেরেশতা-> "তাহলে একজন নারী সবদিক থেকেই পরিপূর্ণ "

আল্লাহ -> "না, সে পরিপূর্ণ নয়, এরও একটা অপূর্ণতা আমি রেখে দিয়েছি। আর তা হলো, সে প্রতিদান চাইতে জানবেনা"।
