This time the championship was held in Taupo, New Zealand where he finished with a time of 5 hours, 5 minutes, and 30 seconds. Even though the future is uncertain, one thing will remain a constant, Arafat will continue to break boundaries as a proud Bangladeshi triathlete.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the international hotel chain, Grand Hyatt was held recently. It was a celebration for both Grand Hyatt and MGI, as the hotel will be inside the proposed MGI Tower, a project by MGI. The project is designed by Chicago-based architectural, urban planning, and engineering firm SOM, who are the visionaries behind iconic landmarks such as Burj Khalifa (Dubai), Al Hamra Tower (Kuwait City), Jin Mao Tower (Shanghai), One World Trade Center (New York) and many others. The building will consist of 6 underground floors and 39 floors above ground, reaching a total height of 152.4 meters and covering a total floor area of 146,000 square meters. Situated in Hatirjheel, it is set to be an iconic landmark for the area in the heart of the city.

Arafat - The Bangladeshi Triathlete, has completed the renowned Snowman Race in Bhutan. Fewer people have completed this race compared to climbing Everest, a testament to its difficulty! With a grueling distance of 186 kilometers and altitude ranging from 4,000 meters to 5,470 meters, from October 24 to October 28, in the Himalayan range, this was Arafat's most challenging race yet. MGI wishes him success in his future endeavors.
