Nafakhum Water Fall

"নাফাখুম" বান্দরবন জেলার থানচি উপজেলার রেমাক্রি তে সাঙ্গু নদীর রেমাক্রি খালের উপর অবস্থিত। হ্যা। এটা রেমাক্রি খালের উপর ই অবস্থিত। খালটি প্রবাহ পথে প্রাকৃতিক কারনে হঠাৎ করেই ২৫-৩০ফিট নিচু হয়ে গেছে। আর সেখানে সৃষ্টি হয়েছে গর্তের। আর জলপ্রপাতের গর্তগুলো হয় মাছের প্রজনন ক্ষেত্র। "নাফাখুম" মারমা শব্দ। মারমা ভাষায় নাফা শব্দের অর্থ 'মাছ' আর খুম শব্দের অর্থ 'জলপ্রপাত'। এ থেকে এই ঝর্নার নাম দেওয়া হয়েছে নাফাখুম ঝর্না। অনিন্দ্য সুন্দর এই জলপ্রপাতটি রেমাক্রি থেকে মাত্র আড়াই ঘণ্টা হাঁটার পথ দূরত্বে অবস্থিত।

#Good_Morning.... বাংলাদেশ হলো হিমালয়ের গ্লেসিয়ার - ঝর্ণা - হিমবাহ থেকে উৎপন্ন নদী বিধৌত ব-দ্বীপ অঞ্চল। আমাদের দেশের অধিকাংশ অংশ সমল ভুমি তাই অল্প যে অংশটুকু একটু উচু পাহাড়ি অঞ্চল সেই অংশের প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য অনেক বেশি আকৃষ্ট করে, প্রানের ভিতর টান অনুভুত হয়। আর পাহাড়ি নদী তার সৌন্দর্য মুগ্ধতা ত প্রতি পরতে পরতে। নীল আকাশের বুকচীরে দাড়িয়ে আছে গাড়ো সবুজ পাহাড়, আর তার ভাজে ভাজে সাদা মেঘ। কখনো কখনো সেই মেঘ এসে নিজেরদের ছুয়ে দিয়ে যায়। আবার পাহাড়ের গা বেয়ে নদীতে নেমে আসে ঝর্না। এমনই এক নদী সাঙ্গু - যার উৎপত্তি বাংলাদেশে এবং শেষ ও আমাদের বঙ্গপসাগরে। সেই মন মাতানো সাঙ্গু নদীর ৩ ঝর্ন - নাফাকুম, অমিয়াখুম, সাতভাই খুম। এগুলো দেখতে যাওয়ার পথে --- সাঙ্গু তে...
