1. Operation Manager

# Qualifications :

• 3 years of team management experience in a travel agency

2. Tour Operator
# Qualifications:
• Create packages for all tourist spots, both domestic and international, bringing competitive market knowledge from the outbound counter. Formulate packages with a focus on customer satisfaction and adapt them to the market.
• Experience in renting hotels/motels/resorts, tour coaches, air, and ship bookings is required.
• Additional qualifications include a good selection sense, expertise in customer handling and presentation in social media, and experience as an inbound tour operator. Work experience as an admin moderator on pages related to various sectors in social media will be considered an additional qualification.
# Education:
• Must have studied in the field of air ticketing at the Tourism Hospital of the Ministry of Tourism or any private university, or have work experience as a tour operator domestically or internationally.

• No experience needed

• Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for clients, ensuring a seamless experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors and service providers
• Create Inbound and Outbound Tour Packages, designing unique and appealing itineraries
• Focus on customer satisfaction throughout the entire tour experience
• Stay updated on local attractions, cultural events, and historical sites
2. ট্যুর অপারেটর
# যোগ্যতা:
• দেশ বিদেশের সকল ট্যুরিস্ট স্পটগুলোর জন্য প্যাকেজ তৈরি করা আউট বাউন্ড কাউন্টার পার্ট থেকে প্যাকেজ এনে প্রতিযোগিতা মুলক বাজার সম্পর্কে ধারনা নিয়ে প্যাকেজ তৈরি করা ও কাস্টমার সন্তুস্টির ব্যাপারে ধারনা নিয়ে প্যাকেজ বাজারজাত করতে হবে।
• হোটেল/ মোটেল / রিস্যুট / ট্যুর কোচ / এয়ার / শিপ ভাড়া করা/ বুক করার অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
• সুন্দর বাচনভংগি, কাস্টমার হেন্ডেলিং / সুসাল মিডিয়ায় উপস্থাপনা করা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসেবে গন্য হবে।
• ইনবাউন্ড ট্যুর অপারেটর হিসেবে বাংলাদের সকল টুরিস্ট স্পট গুলোতে যাতায়াত, ইকোনমি প্যাকেজ তৈরি করা ও সোসাল মিডিয়ার সকল সেকটরে পেইজের এডমিন মডারেটর হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসেবে গন্য হবে।
# শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা:
• পর্যটন মন্ত্রনালয় বা কোন প্রাইভেট বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে ট্যুরিজম হসপিটালেটি এযারটিকেটিং এর উপর অধ্যায়নবরত বা দেশ বিদেশে ট্যুর অপারেটর হিসেবে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
# অভিজ্ঞতা: • প্রয়োজন নেই

• ইনবাউন্ড এবং আউটবাউন্ড ট্যুর প্যাকেজ তৈরি করা, ও বিভিন্ন এবং আকর্ষণীয় পেকেজ তৈরি করা
• ভ্রমণ অভিজ্ঞতা সার্থক করতে গ্রাহক সন্তুষ্টির উপর মনোনিবেশ করা
• স্থানীয় আকর্ষণ, সাংস্কৃতিক ঘটনা এবং ঐতিহ্যিক স্থানে আপডেটেড থাকা
3. Social Media Manager
# Qualifications:
• Graphic designing expertise
• Online marketing knowledge
• Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing
• Computer and online work proficiency
• Creative thinking and content creation skills
# Education:
• Graduation from any reputable university
# Experience: • 2 years

4. Ticket Reservation Officer
# Qualifications:
• Knowledge about Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus
• Negotiation and convincing skills
• Target-oriented mentality
• In-depth knowledge of airline ticketing procedures
• Experience in using other travel-related tools and software
• Candidates with previous experience as a Ticket Reservation Officer in a travel agency will be priorized.
• Candidates having experience in working in an Online Travel Agency (OTA) will also be prioritized.
# Education:
• Graduation from any reputable university/undergraduate student
# Experience: • No experience needed

• Efficiently manage reservations and bookings using systems like Galileo/Sabre/Amadeus
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and maintain positive relationships
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive efforts
• Provide exceptional customer service during the reservation process
• Analyze booking trends and implement strategies to maximize revenue
4. টিকেট রিজার্ভেশন অফিসার
# যোগ্যতা:
• গ্যালিলিও/সেবার/এমাডিউস সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান
• লক্ষ্যমূলক মানসিকতা
• শিখার আগ্রহ
• এয়ারলাইন টিকেটিং পদ্ধতিসমূহে পর্যাপ্ত জ্ঞান
• অন্যান্য ভ্রমণ-সম্পর্কিত টুলস এবং সফটওয়্যার ব্যবহারে অভিজ্ঞতা
• টিকেট রিজার্ভেশন অফিসার হিসেবে পূর্বে ট্রাভেল এজেন্সিতে আগে কাজ করেছেন যারা তাদেরকে প্রাথমিকতা দেয়া হবে।
• অনলাইন ট্রাভেল এজেন্সি (OTA) পরিচালনায় অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলেও প্রাথমিকভাবে প্রাথমিকতা দেওয়া হবে।
# শিক্ষা:
• যে কোনও সম্মানিত বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর ছাত্র/ছাত্রী
