Zinnah Tours and Travels, a well-established travel agency, is currently seeking experienced and skilled individuals to join our team as Airlines Reservation Officers. If you have a passion for the travel industry and possess the required knowledge, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
**Position: Airlines Reservation Officer**
**Vacancy: 4**
**Job Responsibilities:**
1. Handle airline reservations, ticketing, and booking inquiries efficiently.
2. Provide excellent customer service to clients by assisting them with travel-related queries and concerns.
3. Collaborate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
4. Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to make flight reservations and process bookings.
5. Manage IATA agency-related tasks and maintain compliance with industry standards.
**Employment Status:** Full-time
**Educational Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
**Experience Requirements:**
- 5 to 6 years of relevant work experience in the travel industry.
- Prior experience in a Travel Agency is highly preferred.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Age between 25 to 40 years.
- Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using GDS systems for airline reservations.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry and its practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle customer inquiries professionally.
