আপনার সচেতনতাই পারে করোনা ভাইরাসের বিস্তার রোধ করতে। করোনা ভাইরাসের উপসর্গ সমূহ জেনে রাখুন যাতে করে আপনি উপসর্গ সমূহ দেখা দিলে প্রয়োজনীয় পদক্ষেপ এমনকি অন্য মানুষদের থেকে সঙ্গরোধ (Self Quarantine) থাকতে পারেন। ভয় না পেয়ে প্রথমেই আপনি নিজ বাসস্থানে অন্তত ১৪ দিন সঙ্গরোধ (Self Quarantine) থাকুন এবং নিজের পরিবারের সদস্য দের থেকেও দূরত্ব বজায় রাখুন। এছাড়াও ব্যক্তিগত স্বাস্থ্যবিধি ও পরিচ্ছন্নতা মেনে চলুন। পরিশেষে উপসর্গ সমূহ বাড়তে থাকলে ভয় না পেয়ে এবং আগেই হাসপাতালে না যেয়ে ছবির নিচে দেয়া নাম্বারে কল করুন এবং ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ নিন।
