1. Photocopies of the passport with all visas and endorsements. (Original Passport must be shown at the time of application submission).
2. Two recent (50 x 40) photograph; Matt Paper, White Background.
3. Bank statement of at least last three months (Company + Personal).
4. Latest TIN certificate in English (Company + Personal).
5. Photocopy of Business registration certificate/Trade License Translated in English and notarized.
6. For the employee- Employment certificate mentioning with joining date, designation & salary.
7. Job NOC, Job ID and Visiting Card for Job Holder.
8. Trade License, Visiting Card, Letterhead Pad for Business Person.
9. Student ID, Leave of Absence certificate for Students.
10. Family Details (Father, Mother, Spouse, Children, Siblings - Name/Date and Place of Birth/Marital Status/Present Address)
11. One additional set of all documents must be submitted along with visa applications.
