We are looking for a decent, professional call center representative who can provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, managing complaints and resolving issues with our products and services, as well as working closely with other team members.
Call Center Representative Requirements:
- College / Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
- Understand the company's products, services and policies.
- Computer skills, especially CRM software and powerful typing skills.
- Ability to ask disturbing questions and spread the word.
- Strong time management and decision making skills.
- Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
