Wild Project Our kitchen is fully plant-based and to deliver the best product, we focus on the seasons and working with local farmers.

Our philosophy is to share food with your fellow diners, thereby to share the experience together. We first started Wild Project by hosting sporadic dinners in Het Bos in 2015. Then, in January 2016 we opened the doors of our restaurant. Wild has been a constant evolution during the years, always with the focus on sustainability. Our products come from local farmers like Ferm Bio, Vollegrond, Oogs

tappel and Pakt. We offer a selection of natural wines that changes with the season and the dishes. Goes without saying that beers are from Belgium and local breweries. From drying herbs and spices for cocktails, to pickling and fermenting vegetables, we love to do everything ourselves. And we aim to use as much as we can of every product to reduce our waist to a minimum. In March 2020 we opened our second location in Antwerp, “Go Wild” a little plant based coffee bar in collaboration with the likeminded people of Eat Dust. We believe is our duty to leave the planet in a better state than we found it, and a very good place to start, is what we serve on your plate.
