The Junior Initiative Summer Programme helps JIs around Europe in successfully facing challenges that will transform it into a Junior Enterprise. While summer is the time for recharging, it can also be a good opportunity for development and networking.

This Wednesday, it took place the 2022 edition of our recurrent Alumni Recall, an event between Alumni and Junior Entrepreneurs.


The event started with an introduction to the labour market and continued with a round table to exchange experiences and best practices. It ended with a networking moment to build new relationships.

We have all been on that seat. It is nerve-wracking and the impostor syndrome hits the most. Talent, however, is not enough. Personal qualities are key to show recruiters you are a good fit for the job.

For example, if you are anxious about the interview, it is quite likely that you may forget things and that you will not be able to express yourself fully. Preparation is the solution. Even if you end up saying one-fifth of what you studied about the company or wrote about yourself, the mere fact that you did those things will make you more confident, hence improving your communication. Besides, reading about the company will contribute to showing professionalism and motivation.

Afterwards, you will present the outputs in the main room. You will then have time to 𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 and foster the relationship between the Alumni and the Junior Entrepreneurs.
