Romania is now part of the Unitary Patent system! 🇷🇴 Since September 1st, European patents with unitary effect are valid across 18 countries, with Romania joining the list. This change expands the scope of protection and applies to new patents, as well as court cases under the Unitary Patent Court (UPC). Unsure about your next steps?
