Golden Grass

"A serval scans the landscape as the first rays of light spill across the mara landscape.

With news of a serval and kittens being spotted not far from camp, my amazing guide Veronica and I headed out one evening. After spending the best part of three hours looking for her with no sightings, we eventually headed back to the camp as the sun dipped below the horizon.

The following morning, we headed further north to hopefully find a leopard. On route, and to our surprise, we were rewarded with our efforts from the night before as this beautiful serval posed gracefully for us whilst the golden light spilled across the landscape" ~ Dan Palmer
