Relax at our place and feel the serenity it offers 🏞️
This cozy studio has a great location and amazing panoramic view over the rooftops of Bansko, all the way to the mountain chains of Rodopite and Pirin 🏔️ I'm sure you will love watching the sunrise 🌄 or just rewind with a drink while gazing at the picturesque landscape, from the sunbathed balcony. Located near the main streets of the town and the gondola, but in a quiet area, it is next to the ski road and on the edge of park Pirin, an ideal starting point for short or long hikes, ⛷️ and 🏂.
This small apartment is fully equipped, so you can live in it comfortably for months. It has a real kitchen (with oven, el. hob and all sorts of kitchenware), an A/C, a washer, a big smart TV and a sofa that can be transformed into a second double bed, in case more sleeping space is needed. The hight and size of the coffee table can be adjusted based on your preferences. The kitchen window and the balcony door are with mosquito nets.
The rent for a month outside of ski season is 900 BGN, which includes all utilities: personal internet connection, TV with Netflix subscription, water and electricity.
We are looking for tenants that will take good care of the apartment. Please have in mind that smoking inside it is not allowed.

Bansko is in the top 5 cities to live in Bulgaria, according to foreigners. Next to Sofia, Varna, Burgas and Plovdiv, it is the smallest gem on the crown :)
