Този нов, кокетен апартамент за гости се намира в м. Кошерината, Национален парк Пирин. Локацията му е идеална за всички любители на планината. Сградата е на метри от ски пътя, планинския извор Петел Пее, множество горски пътеки и все пак на пешеходно разстояние до оживената част на града. Капацитетът на жилището е 5 човека (2-ма в спалнята, 3-ма в хола).
