Каменна сграда от 1944г разположена в село Българево на 6 км от гр.Каварна и 5 км от нос Калиакра.Къщата предлага комбинация от дърво и камък, климатизирани стаи ,огромен двор с цветна градина и навес с камина, и хамаци.
Тук може да наемете двойна стая,студио с две спални или къща с шест спални.
На разположение на гостите са и напълно оборудвана кухна с впечатляваща трапезария,безжичен интернет

,цифрова телевизия,детски кът с пясъчник,малък басейн,лятна баня и барбекю .
В близост до къщата са разположени няколко механи и магазини,както и ресторантът на мидената ферма.Наем на колелета,лодка,каяк или турове из района може да се направи с предварителна заявка.Местностите Зеленка , Болата и Русалка на около 3-5-10 км. са предпочитани места за плажуване, които пленяват с дивата си природа.
Нос Калиакра, Яйлата и Чиракмана представляват интерес като близки забележителности по северното ни Черноморие. Housed in a building dating from 1944, Levana Guest House is in the village of Balgarevo, 5 km from Kaliakra Cape and 7 km from Kavarna. It provides free Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, a large yard, and a garden packed with flowers. The villa combines wooden elements with a stone structure and offers vast spaces, comprising six bedrooms, three bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, and two more bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Here you can rent a double room with a bathroom, a studio with two bedrooms and a bathroom or the whole house which is perfect for big families or a group of friends. Barbecues facilities and a children’s playground with a small swimming pool are available in the garden. There are several restaurants and shops in the vicinity of Levana Guest House, and Dulboka, a mussels farm, is 3 km away. Rental for sports equipment and other water activities can be arranged on-site. Swimming is possible at Zelenka, Bolata, or Roussalka, reachable within 10 km
