Located only one hour from the capital Sofia, Borovets is one of the most accessible ski resorts in Europe. With snow cover from December through until April and a long summer season, Borovets is a popular destination all year round. In the summer, Borovets and its surroundings offers a lot of activities including trout fishing, mountain biking, hiking, horseback riding, canoeing, quad biking, lake swimming, golfing and much more. Iskar reservoir, the largest lake in Bulgaria, is only 20 minutes from Borovets, where you can swim, sail, and dine on delicious grilled fish. The apartment is located a few kilometres outside of Borovets (around a 10-15 min drive), making it a very peaceful winter wonderland stay.
