I’d Like you To Self film (or someone else Film you) and you tell us about Issues or things that you found difficult when moving here whilst living here (Immigration, language, paperwork, confusion, unable to find things….anything bigger or Small that you wished you’d know before coming) Then after explaining how you solved/overcame the problems. The aim of the video is to help others who wish to come here fast track through things, become mentally prepared for other things, or just simply help them with a smoother transition to Bulgaria.

As the Summer season by the Black Sea comes to a close, most of the large groups of Tourists have spent their Summer Vacations and have gone home. The Weather in the first few weeks of September is as good if not more pleasant than any of those during the season. The sea is still warm and the beaches are half full. This is a great time to treat yourself to a well-deserved holiday by the Sea, and the lovely Town of Obzor is the place to be. If you are interested in Fulfilling that desire then drop us a line.

Here we go with another recommendation video, I can’t believe how luck we where to find these guys. I this was the place that we stayed when we where at the Cherry festival in Kyustendil, as you can image Kyustendil was pretty much booked up in this weekend and we were directed to this place by a new friend Anatoli. It’s amazing what these guys have done with the place and their hospitality was amazing. We love to stay in these kinds of place, I’d very interested to know if these are the kind of places you like to stay also

Today 24th May is The Day of Bulgarian Alphabet, Bulgarian Enlightenment and Culture it has been celebrated in Bulgaria since 1851, though then it was on the 11th May due to the old calendar. It is an official holiday of Bulgaria since 1990. In 2020, the name was changed to Day of the holy brothers Cyril and Methodius, of the Bulgarian alphabet, education and culture and of Slavic literature. Celebrating the 2 brothers that pioneered the alphabet, also all students and Teachers.

Bulgaria is very well known for its Rose oil, used all around the world. Here at the Damascena in Kazanluk they are one of the most important Producers.

An absolutely beautiful complex that is family owned and sure will be passed on from generation to generation

Look for a bit of information, I think we all know very well the state of the roads here in Bulgaria. Some are a lot worse than others. I look to but together a list of the worst roads that people should avoid. High Inflation rates are happening all over the world, todays we have a look at what is the state in Bulgaria. Comparing price to last year, why it might be happening and speaking to people who live to get their opinions.

Bulgaria has the Highest inflation out of all the EU Countries, It stands at around 12% for the year. Bulgarian's and Foreigners are not happy.

If the food has anything to say about it, then Bulgaria is in a lot worst state than the 12% that has been publish.

Bulgarians that are in Pension or living on the bread line are most at risk. Will this price hike stop any time soon or will it just keep raising.

My new video celebrates a Bulgarian that uses his skills to make great things.

In Bulgaria, it's very common to fix everything yourself. This could be due to the lack of money and especially during the communist times, find ways to reuse things to save money.

So it's built into the DNA of the Bulgarians, and in Bulgaria if you have to call someone to fix something it's a bit of a shame.

Bulgarian's are also great farmers so its no surprise that in to days times that they use those skill to do other amazing things.

Here is one of those Bulgarians how is making amazing art from stone. You His workshop is just outside of Asenovgrad in the Plovdiv region.

If this is your kind of thing, you can buy from him, He has a lot of pieces and will also make something customised for you....though the piece that you find here are you unique.

Though it's strongly suggested that you go to visit him in Asenovgrad in the Plovdiv to collect it, as they are very heavy and will not be cheap to send it via Courier.
