Sarah requested a tour to Buzludzha and Shipka monument. We warned her there will be plenty of snow up there, and she replied: No problem at all, I actually think it’s really cool!
Well, it really was cool! Although we couldn't see anything from the Buzludzha monument, even though we went quite close. The weather conditions did not allow for more, but the journey was totally worth it! Apart from Shipka monument, we visited also a couple of Thracian tombs in the Rose valley. One of which, the Kazanlak tomb enlisted in the UNESCO world heritage sites.

This day trip from Plovdiv to Trigrad gorge and the Devil's throat cave was a memorable one. We visited Shiroka laka and enjoyed the rustic atmosphere, sipping coffee, went down the Devil's throat cave, ate lunch at Trigrad gorge. And even made an extra tour to Buynovo gorge, where Yagodina cave is. Experienced amazing views on cycling mostly downhill, so the cycling was a pleasure rather than challenge. And we finished up at an outdoor mineral water pools.
We were honoured to be a part of this lovely couple's wedding anniversary!
So we dedicate this video to Fabienne and Daniel from the Netherlands.
May every day of theirs be a celebration!

Another day from Jeremy’s family trip in Bulgaria. Today we’re having a relaxing hike along the river near the Spa town after Devin and finished at the hot mineral water pools before heading to Plovdiv.

Jeremy’s family tour took us to a set of two caves where we climbed into one and rappelled into the other cave. And continued with a panoramic hike above the Trigrad gorge.

Another beautiful day and another magnificent hike on the Devil’s trail with Jeremy’s family trip in Bulgaria.

A jeep tour then took us high up in the Rhodope mountains. Another fun day from Jeremy’s family trip in Bulgaria. And we finished with a delicious picnic lunch prepared especially for us.

And then Jeremy’s family tour in Bulgaria continued with kayaking in the Rhodope mountains.

Jeremy’s family trip in Bulgaria went on to a cooking workshop where they prepared a traditional Banitsa and we had a fantastic dinner.

Jeremy’s family tour continued with a couple of days fun in the Rila and Pirin mountains area.
